• Provide physical therapy treatments and interventions to patients, including exercises, stretches, and modalities
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Participate in patient education and family training to facilitate continuity of care
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices by attending continuing education courses and workshops
