Ōme Caterers is seeking a dedicated Captain to join our on‑call team. The Captain will be responsible for set‑up and complete oversight of functions, leading the entire team and delivering outstanding service to all our guests. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep passion for hospitality.

What You’ll Do:

• Service Excellence:
  Ensure smooth operation of event services, managing the overall guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Staff Management:
  Supervise, lead, and coordinate a team of waitstaff, providing training and guidance to ensure excellent delivery of service.
• Quality Control:
  Work closely with kitchen staff to maintain food quality and presentation, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Guest Relations and Customer Interaction:
  Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and enhancing guest satisfaction.

What We Need From You:

• Education: A high‑school diploma is typically required; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in supervisory roles.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage staff and interact with guests.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure service quality and adherence to standards.

• Work alongside collaborative team members who support Ōme Caterer's core values.
• Competitive wage of $45.00 per hour.
• Drivers license a plus with the opportunity for additional event pay.
