Ōme Caterers is currently seeking a Bartender to join our on‑call team. The ideal candidate will have solid bartending experience, a passion for mixology, and a strong knowledge of classic cocktails, local beers, and wines.

• Bartending
  :
  Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring each drink meets our quality standards.
• Customer Service
  :
  Engage with guests, offer drink recommendations, and ensure that each guest enjoys an exceptional experience at the bar.
• Cocktail Knowledge
  :
  Demonstrate a strong understanding of classic cocktail recipes and be able to create and customise drinks based on guest preferences.
• Knowledge of Beer & Wine
  :
  Provide guests with recommendations on local beers and wines, ensuring they have a variety of options based on their tastes.
• Bar Maintenance
  :
  Keep the bar area clean, organised, and well‑stocked throughout your shift. Ensure that all glassware, tools, and supplies are in working order.
• Inventory Management
  :
  Monitor stock levels and communicate with management to ensure that the bar is adequately stocked for daily operations.
• Team Collaboration
  :
  Work closely with other team members to ensure the bar runs smoothly and that guest needs are met quickly and effectively. Assist with event operations and guest service as directed by event captain, ensuring smooth execution of setup, service, and breakdown.
• Health & Safety Compliance
  :
  Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and sanitation protocols.
• TIPS Certified.

• Work alongside collaborative team members who support Ōme Caterer’s core values and are eager to be a part of our team.
• Driver’s licence a plus with opportunity for additional event pay.
• Compensation $28.00–$30.00 per hour; TIPS Certified.
