We are looking for a Server with solid banquet and event experience, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering an excellent guest experience.

• Inspire Memorable Hospitality:
  Create meaningful, memorable experiences for our guests, fostering a culture where hospitality is at the heart of everything we do.
• Stay Guest‑Focused:
  Work closely with the event team to stay connected to guest feedback and seek every opportunity to enhance the guest experience.
• Partner with the Event Team:
  Collaborate with the captain and additional service members to execute a flawless event; ensure proper table settings for guests and food; coordinate with the back‑of‑house team.
• Balance Operational Excellence:
  Follow the BEO and run‑of‑show, ensuring all steps of service are executed correctly.

• 1+ years of leadership experience in restaurants and hospitality, with a strong understanding of event operations.
• 1+ years of experience as a server in a banquet setting, with a passion for great service and a strong hospitality mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and staying organized.
• Warm, inviting personality with a commitment to making guests feel at home and delivering industry‑leading hospitality.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge, with keen attention to detail and understanding of proper steps of service.
• Positive attitude, reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
• Collaborative and adaptable attitude, capable of working effectively across teams and departments.

• Work alongside a collaborative team that supports Ōme Caterers’ core values.
• Drivers License a plus with opportunity for additional event pay.
• Hourly wage $25.00–$28.00.
