Job DescriptionLeadership Development Specialist (Morristown, NJ/Hybrid)
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Leadership Development, this role will focus on developing our employees and leaders through engaging learning programs and experiences such as the C&F Personal Effectiveness Journey, C&F’s Performance Management approach, and others. This role will also manage programs, events, and activities that support Crum & Forster’s (C&F) Talent & Organization Development strategy and roadmap.

What you will do:
- Partner with the Sr. Manager of Leadership Development to craft, elevate, and launch a dynamic leadership development experience tailored for seasoned leaders.
- Apply your excellent project management skills to re-invigorate and manage C&F’s Personal Effectiveness Journey including implementing enhancements to optimize impact, enhancing reporting, and measuring effectiveness.
- Utilize your resourceful attitude to develop communications and training materials to support Performance, including the creation of resources to develop key understanding of year-round performance process (e.g., goal setting, year-end review, feedback, check-ins), as well as supporting our leaders’ and employees’ tactical needs.
- Partner with subject matter experts to design and launch a training series to help employees understand our company s businesses and explore career paths.
- Collaborate with our Learning Management System team to coordinate programming for C&F’s Mentoring, New Leader Journey, Job Shadowing, and Intern programs.
- Tell the story and impact of our development programs by driving insights, constructing reports, and collaborating with members of the Talent & Organization Development team and other Corporate HR teams.
What YOU will bring to C&F:
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- 2+ years of professional work experience strongly preferred, but not required
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, exercise flexibility as needed, and communicate changes/updates to colleagues in a timely manner
- Drive and passion to enhance employee and leadership development
- Ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly
- Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, to all levels of the organization
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Eager and willingness to learn and grow as a Talent/HR professional
