We’re looking for an energetic, driven individual to become our next Sales Recruiter
. No prior recruiting experience? No problem. We’ll teach you the ropes — you just need to bring the grit

. You’ll be in charge of identifying, screening, and coordinating interviews for top sales talent across the Mid-Atlantic region.

• Own the top of the funnel: post jobs, source resumes, and contact candidates
• Conduct quick and engaging phone interviews (we’ll teach you how)
• Schedule candidates with our local hiring teams
• Keep applicant tracking systems up-to-date and organized
• Hit volume & hiring goals weekly — this is fast-paced work!

• Recent college graduate or someone with a strong interest in recruiting/sales
• Excellent communication skills — phone presence is key
• Comfortable working in a high-volume recruiting environment
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills
