As the Business Analyst - Workday Security, you will work closely with the Functional Expert - Workday Security to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring that our security configurations meet the complex needs of our organization.
Your role will be essential in informing security design and helping us navigate the intricacies of role-based security within Workday.

* Main Responsibilities:
*** Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, and other departments to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements related to Workday security.
* Analysis & Recommendations:
Analyze current security configurations and identify gaps or areas for improvement based on business needs and best practices.
* Collaboration:
Work closely with the Workday Functional Expert to translate business requirements into technical specifications for security role design and configuration.
* Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirement specifications, process flows, and security design documents.
* User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
Coordinate and facilitate UAT to ensure security configurations meet stakeholder expectations and requirements.
* Training & Support:
Provide support and training to end-users and stakeholders regarding security roles and access protocols, ensuring a clear understanding of security policies.
* Continuous Improvement:
Stay abreast of Workday updates and industry trends, contributing insights for enhancing security processes and configurations.
** About You

* Qualifications:
*** Bachelor’s degree required
* 3+ years of experience in designing and configuring role-based security in complex matrix organizations, with a strong understanding of Workday security principles.
* Workday experience required; certification preferred
* Analytical
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and recommend effective solutions.
* Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Collaboration:
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
