• The Integration Lead role is responsible for ensuring the smooth integration and functioning of various systems and software within the organization. This role involves technical leadership, system enhancements, performance, and managing the implementation of integration solutions.
• Manage and develop IBM ACE, MQ, and Java production environments to develop new integrations with optimal performance and availability.
• Probe new technology investigation (POC).
• Set up and troubleshoot Apigee.
• Troubleshoot IBM ACE and MQ applications using debugger and trace files.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including message processing errors, database connectivity problems, and Java application errors.
• Write scripts for automated application monitoring and health checks.
• Work with DBAs for any integration issues connecting to databases.
• Collaborate with IBM support for any issues that cannot be resolved internally.
• Initiate cases with IBM and ensure follow‑up until resolution.
• Respond promptly to incidents, alerts, and service requests.
• Work closely with development teams to investigate and resolve complex integration issues.
• Implement change requests, defect fixes related to IBM ACE, MQ & Java applications, following change management processes.
• Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for IBM ACE, MQ, and Java applications.
• Perform and support routine maintenance tasks, such as applying patches and updates, and ensure system security and overall compliance.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve security, performance, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans.
• Improvements and enhancements.
• System deployments.
• Dev Ops implementation.

• Experience with IBM ACE, MQ and Apigee is a must.
• 10+ years of experience in IBM ACE, MQ, SQL, and Java production environments.
• Strong working knowledge of IBM ACE & MQ and Apigee.
• Strong design and development skills using IBM ACE, MQ applications.
