POSITION OVERVIEW:
The NI Sales Technology Manager will assist the New Installation (NI) Sales team by managing the implementation, adoption, and support of sales technology platforms. The mission is to drive technology and process solutions that enable operational excellence and sales efficiency, ensuring tools are fully leveraged to support profitable growth. While primarily operational, the role also provides strategic support by maintaining technology roadmaps and plans to enable leadership direction.
Success requires strong collaboration, critical thinking, problem solving, and the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions that simplify processes and enhance user experience.
- Drive technology adoption and integration across NI Sales to enable efficiency, automation, and process optimization.
- Partner with NI Sales leadership to enable business performance through technology, automation, and process optimization.
- Intake and prioritize requirements; translate business needs into actionable technology and process solutions.
- Coordinate data governance and cleansing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Harmonize and optimize NI Sales processes, aligning with KG standards and ways of working.
- Drive change management, testing, and training to ensure successful adoption and business impact.
- Maintain the sales technology roadmap aligned with business priorities and global standards.
- Lead configuration, testing, and rollout of sales platforms for smooth implementation and user adoption.
- Act as key user and liaison between NI Sales, IT, and global teams; provide advanced support and issue resolution.
- Monitor system performance and data integrity; ensure accurate reporting and analytics.
- Collect user feedback and champion enhancements that improve usability and reduce administrative burden.
- Standardize execution processes across NI Sales for consistency and compliance.
- Author and maintain user test scripts to validate new functionality and ensure successful adoption during rollouts and updates.
- Communicate initiative status, risks, and adoption metrics to senior leadership; foster collaboration through internal platforms and key user networks.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in a business related or analytical discipline required.
- Master's in Business Administration or Economics a plus.
Functional/Technical expertise:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales technology and system administration.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and CRM; experience with preferred.
- Ability to manage and execute configuration, testing, and rollout of enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, ensuring data integrity, and supporting process compliance.
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments in a matrix organization.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with sales and leadership.
