• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Unifier.
• Configure and customize Unifier modules, including workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.
• Work with project stakeholders to define and implement business processes within Unifier.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end‑users.
• Develop test plans and perform system testing to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements for optimization.
• Document system configurations, process workflows, and training materials.
• Stay updated on Oracle Unifier updates and best practices.
• Ensure data integrity and security within Unifier.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Project Controls experience.
• At least 2+ years of experience focused on Unifier.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Primavera Unifier, including configuration and administration.
• Experience with business process design and optimization, including proficiency in project management systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.

• Unifier Implementation Specialist certification.
• Experience in construction, engineering, IT, or capital projects.
