Hubspot Development Specialist - BD Focus

We are seeking a skilled and proactive professional to support the development, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of our Hub Spot environment with a strong focus on business development outcomes. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build efficient workflows, improve data quality, strengthen reporting, and support systems that help drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue visibility.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Hub Spot configurations to support business development and sales operations.
• Build and manage workflows, automation, lists, properties, forms, and dashboards to improve team efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Support lead management processes, including routing, scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle stage management.
• Partner with business development, marketing, and sales teams to translate operational needs into scalable Hub Spot solutions.
• Monitor system performance and data integrity, identifying opportunities to improve structure, process, and adoption.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide visibility into funnel performance, activity, conversion, and pipeline trends.
• Assist with CRM hygiene, data cleanup, deduplication, and standardization efforts.
• Test, document, and troubleshoot Hub Spot changes to ensure reliable functionality and a positive user experience.
• Support integration efforts between Hub Spot and connected tools as needed.
• Stay current on Hub Spot capabilities and recommend improvements that align with business development goals.

• Experience working with Hub Spot CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, or related platform administration.
• Strong understanding of lead management, pipeline processes, and business development workflows.
• Ability to build automation, custom properties, reports, and dashboards that support operational decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with data management, segmentation, and CRM process improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to system configuration and maintenance.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience supporting business development, revenue operations, or sales operations functions.
