Senior Digital Project Manager; Hybrid

• MUST HAVE experience supporting mobile app, website portal or CRM/digital projects with a budget over 2 Million
  * TEKsystems is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their PMO. They want this person to come in and hit the ground running. This PM needs to be HANDS ON and hold the team accountable. This person needs to have a very strong business acumen and have extensive experience partnering with non-IT departments such as legal, marketing, HR, operations, etc.
  
  There are a lot of digital projects going on right now. This person should be the one creating and executing project plans on a weekly basis (not have a team underneath them doing this for them). They should be creating status reports and holding the status meetings, updating the stakeholders, managing/tracking the budget, escalating risks, involved in the QA/BA meetings, running daily stand ups, and much more.
  
  This person needs to own the project should be the one driving the bus, not be a passenger. client is looking for a project manager who is involved in every phase. This person needs to have experience with multimillion dollar budgets and projects that last for over 12 months. Projects they have managed should also have large teams and be complex with multiple work streams.
  
  Nice to have if candidates have experience with running daily stand ups/scrum meetings, prioritizing, and scheduling the product backlogs, grooming the backlogs, backlog tracking, burn down metrics, velocity, and task definition.

7+ years experience as a hands-on project manager.

Experience developing/executing a project plan, mitigating/escalating risk, maintaining budget/timeline, working with stakeholders, etc.

Experience managing large projects 12+ month projects, multimillion dollar projects, 30+ people supporting the project (business, IT, etc.)

Excel at working with non-IT departments such as legal, marketing, HR, operations, etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication must have a strong business acumen to work with c level executives.

Creating/executing project plans not creating it then handing it off.

Maintaining/updating the budget/timeline/scope/status reports/agendas/etc.

Mitigating/escalating risk. Need to hold people accountable should email, call, and text people in order to get a hold of them.. Should be doing EVERYTHING they can before pushing back a deadline date.

Meet with stakeholders gather requirements, update them, etc.

Agile experience running the daily stand ups, sprints, etc.

Work with cross functional teams. Should be involved in the QA/BA meetings documenting/tracking/updating/etc.

Smartsheet for project plans.

Jira & confluence for knowledge management and development.

SharePoint for documentation storage.

Clarity for time entry and project tracking.
