Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands

• As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role.
• Develop a deep understanding of system components to quickly diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
• Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering collaborative problem-solving.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service quality.
• Engage proactively with stakeholders to communicate status, risks, and solutions effectively.
• Analyze recurring issues to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.

This role requires being onsite 3 days per week with the client in New Jersey. This role requires 5 days away mandate per quarter.

• Minimum 5 years of work experience
• Advanced proficiency in Calypso Software is required
• Advanced proficiency in Core Java Atlassian JIRA and REST API Development
• Bachelor's Degree

• Advanced proficiency in Spring Boot is recommended
