Overview

Bankruptcy Attorney role at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP. McElroy Deutsch is seeking attorneys with litigation and complex bankruptcy experience for the Firm’s Morristown, NJ office. New Jersey bar admission required;
New York bar admission a plus.

Salary range for this position: $125,000 - $160,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.

• Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and clients on litigation and bankruptcy issues;
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and manage discovery;
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions; and
• Engage in courtroom advocacy and motion practice.

• JD from an ABA accredited law school;
• Admission to the New Jersey bar;
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and
• Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively in a team environment.
