Labor & Employment Attorney

McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney for its Morristown, NJ office.

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in employment litigation, labor counseling, and traditional labor law, including collective bargaining, labor arbitration, and matters before the National Labor Relations Board and/or New Jersey Public Employment Relations Commission.

New Jersey Bar admission is required;
New York Bar admission is a plus.

• JD from an ABA accredited law school
• Admission to the New Jersey bar
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively in a team environment

Salary range: $140,000 – $185,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
