Business Immigration Paralegal 1 – Morristown, NJ

As a Business Immigration Paralegal, you will work under attorney supervision to prepare and file petitions and visa applications, compile and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, maintain and organize client documentation, and communicate directly with multiple attorneys. This is an entry‑level opportunity for recent graduates or paralegal certificate holders.

• Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA‑approved program.
• Strong writing skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to multitask and work independently toward team goals.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems.

In accordance with the New Jersey Pay and Benefit Transparency Act, the expected salary range for this New Jersey‑based position is $55,600–$69,500.
