Construction Attorney - Morristown, NJ

A well-established law firm in Morristown, NJ is seeking a skilled Construction Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with experience in construction law to work on sophisticated matters with a highly regarded practice group.

Responsibilities:

• Handle construction-related litigation (construction defect), arbitration, and mediation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and related agreements.
• Advise clients on risk management, claims, insurance coverage, and compliance issues.
• Represent contractors, developers, owners, and other stakeholders in a wide range of construction disputes.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution with support from a collaborative team.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York
• 2-6 years of construction law experience (litigation and contract work preferred).
• Strong writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range: $120,000 - $160,000, depending on experience.
• Bonus potential and advancement opportunities.
