ASCO Supply Chain Planner

• Monitor and analyze upstream and downstream supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure timely material flow and reduce lead times
• Optimize inventory management strategies to balance supply and demand while minimizing costs
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align activities and resolve issues quickly
• Define, maintain, and optimize supply and stock management parameters.
• Ensure demand and resource balancing using MRP and related planning processes.
• Manage raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, and finished goods availability.
• Resolve shortages, backorders, and supply constraints to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage replenishment backlogs through purchase order creation and rescheduling.
• Build strong relationships and collaborate closely with:
• Project Management Teams

• Front Office Teams
• Manufacturing Plants
• Internal and External Suppliers
• Procurement

• Facilitate procurement activities and support providing required quotation documentation
• Support supplier communications to ensure timely execution of order requirements.
• Maintain and update tracking information in different ERP systems for direct vendor shipments.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.
