** Sanofi North America Leadership Team**, the
** Medical Head, General Medicines North America
** is a top-level executive responsible for shaping and executing the medical strategy across the US market. This role provides strategic vision and tactical direction for a dynamic and innovative portfolio, ensuring full alignment with global medical strategy while driving local business growth and delivering meaningful impact for patients.  The Medical Head will champion Sanofi's mission to improve public health by advancing healthcare solutions that optimize patient outcomes through the responsible, evidence-based use of our products and services — always upholding the highest ethical and compliance standards.

The role will also be a key driver of Sanofi's digital ambition, accelerating integrated care models and Real-World Evidence (RWE) generation.

* Define and champion a compelling, patient-centric vision for Medical in Gen Med North America, fully aligned with global strategy and local business priorities.
* Provide strategic leadership for the medical function, partnering with commercial, access, and R&D teams to co-create integrated plans that ensure scientific rigor and measurable patient outcomes.
* Represent Medical on the NA Leadership Team, contributing to enterprise-wide decisions and shaping the overall business direction.
* Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing medical team of approximately 100professionals, building a strong talent pipeline and fostering a culture of scientific excellence and continuous learning.
