We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Morristown Post Acute Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Morristown, New Jersey. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high‑quality post‑acute care and rehabilitation services to our residents.

Our state‑of‑the‑art facility features an all‑new TCU Unit with telemetry care and a dedicated subacute floor with mostly private suites.

As an LPN at Morristown Post Acute, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by our medical team. You will also monitor patient conditions and report any changes to our medical team. Our ideal candidate is a motivated and caring individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and is committed to teamwork.

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

• Current LPN licensure in the state of New Jersey
• 0 minimum years of experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
