Assistant Nurse Manager – Full‑time Nights 7 p – 7 a, Labor & Delivery, Morristown Medical Center
Atlantic Health is seeking an experienced nurse leader to manage the night shift in the Labor & Delivery unit at Morristown Medical Center.
Base Pay: $48.00/hr – $84.50/hr
Responsibilities- Provide patient care to low and high‑risk mothers and newborns, and post‑operative GYN patients, alongside staff nurses.
- Lead the night shift, including Annual Performance Evaluations, disciplinary action as needed, and collaboration with the night manager on staffing, budget, and workflow.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
- Valid New Jersey RN license.
- BLS certification.
- BSN (required).
Preferred qualifications include MSN, 5+ years Labor & Delivery experience, progressive leadership experience, NRP certification, ACLS certification.
