We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to our residents. As an LPN at Morris View Healthcare Center, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care, ensuring our residents receive the best possible outcomes. • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments
• Conduct routine vital sign checks, monitor resident conditions, and report changes to the nursing staff
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and communication
• Perform lab tests, take vital signs, and administer medications as ordered by the physician
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents and staff
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and continuity of care

• Current LPN license in the state of New Jersey
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Associate’s degree in nursing or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 0 years of experience; new graduates welcome to apply
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and technology
