• Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the customer experience, enhance workflow, and/or improve the work environment.
• Assist with preparing nursing department work schedules for each calendar month and find call-in replacements to meet corporate, state, and federal staffing guidelines.
• Answer call outs and find coverage.
• Ensure schedule is set for the weekends and holidays.
• Ensure staffing numbers are at the front desk.
• Do staffing rounds daily to ensure staff are present in a timely manner.
