Job Description
Join the healthcare team as a Full-time Registered Nurse in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. The role requires expertise in cardiac surgery nursing, emphasizing quality patient care, safety, and collaboration within a clinical environment. The nursing process will be utilized to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients.
Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient-centered care.

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to promote evidence-based practices.

• Maintain effective communication with patients and their families.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of Critical Care experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing;
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• Valid New Jersey Nursing License required.

• BLS and ACLS certifications required; CCRN strongly preferred.
