Travel RN - High-Risk Pregnancy Location

Morristown, NJ

This is a 13-week contract position.

7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

This role requires a Registered Nurse (RN) with travel experience in high-risk pregnancies within large hospital settings. The successful candidate will demonstrate comprehensive assessment skills, clinical capabilities, and commitment to patient satisfaction and safety.

• Perform thorough assessments that are systematic, comprehensive, and accurate for patients of all ages.
• Demonstrate competent clinical skills in direct patient care and emergency procedures.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation in accordance with nursing guidelines.
• Advocate for professional growth and adhere to facility policies and procedures.
• Respond to patients and their families in a courteous and professional manner, promoting a positive care environment.
• Follow safety protocols, including National Patient Safety Goals and Universal Protocol.
• Individualize patient care based on diagnoses, procedures, and patient reactions.
• Assume responsibility for directing patient care based on patient needs and changes in condition.
• Provide patient education and complete necessary chart documentation.

• ACLS - Required
• BLS - Required
• Active RN License - Required
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
