Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team on a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will possess strong assessment skills, demonstrate competent clinical abilities, and maintain accurate documentation. This role requires a commitment to patient satisfaction, safety, and professionalism while delivering high-quality care to patients across various stages of growth and development.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in Critical Care, Cardiac, or Emergency Department

• BLS certification

• RN License

• ACLS certification

• PALS certification (required for pediatric ER only)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree

• Demonstrates knowledge of emergency equipment and procedures

• Maintains confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines

• Follows National Patient Safety Goals and Universal Protocol

• Assesses patient understanding and provides education pre- and post-operatively

• Supports completion of Pre Admission Testing (PAT) orders

• Physical requirements as defined by Occupational Safety/OMS
