LPN, Evening Shift

Our state-of-the-art center is conveniently located next to Morristown Medical Center, providing seamless transitions between settings and access to the region's best medical care.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our evening shift team. As an LPN at Morristown Post Acute, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality patient care and support, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign assessments

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Participating in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulations

• Current LPN license in the State of New Jersey

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
