    Responsibilities:
  • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal.
  • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision.
  • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements.
  • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data.
  • Qualifications:
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job or the motivation to get one.
  • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising.
  • Compensation:

    $97,000 - $225,000 yearly
