Line Cook - Roots Steakhouse; Morristown

Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced line cook WITH ASPIRATION TO GROW ($17-$20+ PER HOUR)

Seeking detail-oriented, proactive, team player that has a passion for hospitality. Reporting directly to Chef de Cuisine and playing a vital role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. Compensation commensurate with experience. Pay increases and position changes are reviewed on 30 day and 90 day increments.

• To promote teamwork within the restaurant and creating a positive work environment.
• Reporting on time and in proper uniform, always clocking in and out as required of all employees.
• Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Perform duties that ensure guest satisfaction.
• To follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Use extreme caution when handling equipment and products to avoid breakage and injury.
• To respond positively to management's requests.

• Culinary degree or certificate is preferred but not required
