Delivery Associate

STARK is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Associate to join our East Rutherford team. This role is essential to ensuring Stark’s carpets and rugs are delivered safely, efficiently, and professionally to clients across NYC and surrounding boroughs. You’ll work closely with our delivery team and warehouse staff to maintain high standards of service and care.

• Safely handle and transport high-end carpet and rug products
• Navigate service entrances, tight delivery paths, and urban delivery environments
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth delivery operations
• Represent Stark with professionalism and courtesy at every client interaction
• Confirm delivery completion and report updates to the team manager
• Maintain awareness of delivery schedules and adapt to changing priorities

• Familiarity with delivery procedures in NYC, including navigating service entrances and coordinating with building staff
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks
• Comfort using tools like box cutters, dollies, and protective wrapping materials
• Prior experience handling carpet, rugs, or other specialty home furnishings is preferred
