Virtual Sales Representative – U.S. Launch

Impact Bio is seeking motivated and results-driven Virtual Sales Representatives to support the launch of a new pharmaceutical product across the U.S. This is an exciting opportunity to drive adoption of a clinically meaningful therapy through remote engagement while contributing to a high-impact commercial launch.

As a Virtual Sales Representative, you will manage a territory remotely, building relationships with healthcare providers and delivering clinical education via phone and virtual meetings. Your work will directly impact the adoption and success of a high-profile product while contributing to a best-in-class launch team.

• Conduct phone and virtual meetings with healthcare providers to educate and engage on the product.
• Execute territory business plans and ensure consistent follow-up on commitments.
• Implement the strategy set by the National Sales Director as well as the cross-functional teams including Market Access, Marketing, and Medical Affairs.
• Utilize insights on market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to drive product adoption and usage.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards while representing the product professionally.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare phone-based sales experience required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills in a remote environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a virtual territory independently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and virtual engagement platforms.
• Women’s Health experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally (~10%) for regional meetings and trainings.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $100- $110k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Impact Bio range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the geography, candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
