Project Sales Consultants are part of the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time position offers 100% commission-based pay, W-2 employment with benefits, and typical earnings between $45K and $80K, with top performers earning over $90K annually. Sales reps visit the local sales office once a week; on other days, they receive scheduled appointments via email and visit customers from their home.
Territories cover approximately up to 2 hours around your zip code. This role involves pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments—no door-to-door sales, as customers contact Sears requesting estimates on our Home Improvement Products.
This position provides excellent compensation with pre-set appointments. Consumers initiate contact, requesting estimates on our Home Improvement Products.
