Audit & Assurance Senior – Midmarket focus

Our client, a leading public accounting and advisory firm, is seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join its growing team. • Execute audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with applicable standards.
• Work closely with clients to understand their businesses, address accounting and financial reporting matters, and deliver practical solutions.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, helping develop their technical capabilities and professional confidence.
• Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and contribute to recommendations that strengthen business processes and financial reporting.
• Gain exposure to a diverse client portfolio spanning multiple industries, business models, and accounting complexities.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider firm, contributing to a high-quality, client-focused service.

• CPA licensed, eligible for licensure, or actively pursuing certification.
• Approximately 3-5 years of public accounting experience, with a strong background in external audit.
• Experience executing audit engagements and working directly with clients.
• Solid technical accounting knowledge, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
