** SUMMARY
* * This position will lead a team to support efficiency, quality and production of an assembly line.
** DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Provide training for certification of production Team Members
* Communicate materials needs to material handlers
* Support Area Coordinator, Production Manager, and Team members through daily Huddle Meetings
* Assign daily tasks to each Team Member and ensure cross-training/job rotation is being performed
* Ensure organization/cleanliness of work area
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Area Coordinator and Production Manager
* Other duties as assigned
** COMPETENCIES
* ** Attendance/Punctuality; is consistently at work and on time.
* Ability to use Microsoft Outlook
* Proven ability to build trust and relationships with other Team members
* Communicates clearly/concisely with Team Members
* Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans; uses time efficiently.
** MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
* ** Education/

Experience:

** High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
College education preferred.
* ** Language

Skills:

** Ability to read and comprehend instructions
* ** Mathematical

Skills:

** Basic math skills required.
* ** Computer

Skills:

** Ability to use and regularly check Outlook email.
