Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Civil Engineer for a construction position involving the planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction projects.

The Civil Engineer works with project management, field teams, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders and provides technical engineering support throughout construction projects.

• Review construction plans, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Assist with planning and coordination of civil construction projects.
• Provide technical support to project managers and field personnel.
• Monitor projects for quality, accuracy, and adherence to project specifications.
• Identify and help resolve engineering or field-related challenges.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and other project partners.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
• Assist with project documentation, reports, schedules, and related records.
• Support projects from planning through completion.
• Promote safe, professional, and quality-focused jobsite practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline, per the end-client Must-Have list.
  REQUIRED
• Previous civil engineering or construction-related experience, per the end-client Must-Have list.
  REQUIRED
• Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and drawings.
  REQUIRED
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  REQUIRED
• Ability to communicate effectively with office and field teams.
  REQUIRED
• Comfortable working in office and active construction-site environments.
  REQUIRED
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
  REQUIRED
