• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
• Valid Tennessee optometry license (or ability to obtain)
• Medical-focused mindset with full-scope capabilities
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach

You’ll practice highly medical, full-scope optometry in a busy multi-OD private practice. The patient population is general, with a strong emphasis on diagnosis and management of:

• Macular degeneration
• Glaucoma
• Cataracts
• Diabetic eye disease
• Dry eye disease
• And much more!

You’ll have access to state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment equipment, including:

• 6 OCTs
• Visual Fields
• Lipi Flow & Lipi Scan
• IPL
• ERG
• Corneal Topography
• Fundus Photography
• Fully integrated EHR system
• And More!

Our practice is built around teamwork. You’ll work alongside another Optometrist and be supported by:

• Trained technicians
• Chair-side technicians (available as scribes)
• Front desk staff and experienced management

• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Option to work 4 or 5 days per week
• No weekends

• Base salary dependent on Experience
• Production bonus
• W-2 position
