Youth Soccer Coach

We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach! Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development.

New Coaches can work 3-6 classes a week and can earn from $20 per hour up to $45 per hour.

Responsibilities include:

• Using individual attention to ensure every child has success
• Using a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment
• Using positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
• Being open-minded, and knowing that coaching is a continuous journey, with regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

The majority of classes are held in the mornings or after school hours. We also work weekends as well. The ideal candidate would have the availability on some of the days and times listed below:

• Monday-Friday: 9am-12pm or 2pm-6pm
• Weekends: 9:00am-12:00pm

Requirements include reliable transportation, preferably local to the Morris County Area. Early childhood experience is preferred, and soccer coach experience is a plus but not mandatory.
