Ōme Caterers is seeking a dedicated Captain to join our on‑call team. The Captain will be responsible for set‑up and complete oversight of functions, leading the entire team and delivering outstanding service to all guests. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep passion for hospitality.

• Service Excellence:
  Ensure smooth operation of event services, managing the overall guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Staff Management:
  Supervise, lead, and coordinate a team of waitstaff, providing training and guidance to ensure excellent delivery of service.
• Quality Control:
  Work closely with kitchen staff to maintain food quality and presentation, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Guest Relations and Customer Interaction:
  Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly, fostering a welcoming atmosphere enhancing guest satisfaction.
