Monitor the Freshworks 2nd level ticket queue to resolve user IT needs—including Windows/Mac PCs, mobile devices, printers, label printers, wireless scanners, and Google Suite—within established SLAs, while conducting monthly Help Desk reporting to drive continuous support improvements.
Lead site adherence to GIT Standards and Compliance by developing required documentation, executing compliance checklists, updating Disaster Recovery (DR) plans, maintaining server room/IDF closet standards, and acting as the direct point of contact for internal corporate audits.
Oversee complete PC deployment workflows, including standard imaging, new hire onboardings/trainings, lease replacements, equipment returns, and asset inventory database tracking.
Collaborate with remote GIT network and infrastructure teams to facilitate local hardware changes (e.g., switch/server refreshes), participate in global IT initiatives, and provide high-touch IT support for onsite senior executive reviews and events.
