This is a full-time Associate role based in Morristown, NJ. The Associate will be responsible for handling a variety of employment law matters including client consultations, legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings. The role demands expertise in managing case strategies, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with the legal team to ensure optimal client outcomes.

Excellent legal writing skills are required.

• Strong negotiation, mediation, and litigation skills in employment law cases
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and advocacy
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a legal team in a hybrid work setting
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously
• Licensed to practice law in the state of New Jersey
• Prior experience in employment law or related practice areas is highly desirable
