Hours:

6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, following a 2-2-3 schedule. Flexibility to occasionally work different shifts to support business needs.

• Operate and maintain cutting-edge automated equipment in a highly automated facility, including changeovers and minor maintenance (making, finishing) via computer terminals. Troubleshoot as needed to ensure seamless production.
• Ensure product quality through meticulous sampling, statistical controls, and accurate compliance documentation while maintaining GMPs and FDA standards.
• Coordinate logistics with warehouse and distribution teams, manage product preparation, and ensure a clean, organized work area following housekeeping standards.
• Drive continuous improvement using tools such as 5 Whys and root cause analysis; share knowledge and support ongoing learning and performance reviews.
• Prioritize safety and environmental/occupational standards; address internal and external customer needs and support key stakeholders and major retailers.

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, military, or relevant production operations.
• Ability to adhere to safety and EOHS standards and use all required personal protective equipment.

• Stand for 8–12 hours per shift; ability to stoop, bend, crawl, and reach for extended periods.
• Lift/move up to 50 pounds; wear required PPE; ascend/descend ladders and stairs.

• Vocational or Technical Degree; FDA-regulated environment and OSHA standards experience.
• Experience with equipment changeovers (make-ready) and quality checks or audits.
• Proficiency with Continuous Improvement tools and problem-solving techniques; ability to train others and help achieve production goals.
• Experience leading team meetings and producing production reports.
• Familiarity with SAP modules and Microsoft Office for production planning and decision-making.

Salary Range: $22.89 - $24.74 USD per hour.

Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives where applicable.
