Principal Duties and Responsibilities- Operate and maintain automated equipment, performing changeovers and minor maintenance through computer terminals.
- Ensure product quality with meticulous sampling and statistical controls; complete all compliance documentation accurately to uphold GMPs and FDA standards.
- Manage product preparation and shipping coordination with warehouse and distribution teams; keep your work area clean and organized.
- Implement continuous improvement tools such as 5‑Whys and RCA; share knowledge and enhance team skills.
- Prioritize safety and comply with environmental and occupational standards; address internal and external customer needs, supporting key stakeholders and major retailers efficiently.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, military, or relevant production operations.
- Ability to adhere to safety and EOHS standards, utilizing all personal protective equipment.
- Stand for 8‑12 hours per shift.
- Stoop, bend, crawl, and reach for extended periods.
- Lifting and moving boxes, totes, and bags weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Wear all required personal protective equipment.
- Ascend and descend ladders and stairs.
- Vocational or Technical Degree.
- Experience in FDA‑regulated environments and with OSHA standards.
- Proficiency in equipment changeovers (make‑ready) and conducting quality checks or audits.
- Application of continuous improvement tools and problem‑solving techniques.
- Experience training others and achieving production goals.
- Conducting team meetings and preparing production reports.
- Familiarity with SAP modules and Microsoft Office for production planning.
Salary Range: $22.89 – $24.74 USD per hour.
