This is a full‑time permanent position.

Position responsible for producing paper rolls and maintaining productivity from a variety of slitting machines (includes adjusting and making setups); responsible for keeping equipment adjusted and maintained; keeping area clean.

• Maintain records, including quality records.
• Prepare orders based on appropriate import/export specifications; enter data, track, gather information, and generate standard reports.
• Assure accurate completion of mill roll requisitions; ensure correct raw materials are used; fill out the production report at the end of the job.
• Set up and maintain equipment; ensure equipment runs in accordance with operational standards; perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Ensure the correct raw materials are processed; fill out various production reports.

• Lower: 0‑25 lbs
• Moderate: 26‑100 lbs
• High: over 100 lbs
• Weight repeatedly lifted per shift.

Work environment involves repetitive lifting in the lower range and occasional lifting in the higher range; exposure to electrical hazards, dust, moving machinery, noise, and odors; goggles and earplugs may be required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0‑2 years of related experience.
• Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
• Good speed and manual dexterity.
• Quality oriented.
• Ability to trouble‑shoot, adjust, and repair equipment.
• Good math ability to include reading instruments in metric, thousands, and 1/64” increments.
• Ability to work well as a team member.

• May require certification to use work‑area equipment.
• 2+ years of related experience.
