Shift: (Nights) 6:45PM-7:00AM Monday-Friday, 3 on 2 off rotation.

As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in keeping our production lines running smoothly. By ensuring accurate inventory, timely material flow, and safe equipment operation, you’ll directly support efficient manufacturing and on-time delivery of high quality products to our customers.

• Safely operate forklifts and clamp trucks to load/unload trucks, move raw materials, and stock presses.
• Keep production machines stocked with materials and prepare supplies for operators to meet production schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through work orders, pick slips, cycle counts, and transfers.
• Perform basic forklift maintenance (propane bottles, fluid checks) and troubleshoot transfer issues.
• Keep receiving, raw material, and production areas clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and reporting protocols to ensure a safe work environment.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Forklift certification/experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Basic computer and math skills for inventory and production reporting.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and on-time support of production needs.
