6:45AM - 7:00 PM | Monday – Friday | 3 on 2 off schedule

As a Label Press Operator at Iconex, you’ll be a key player in producing the labeling and tracking solutions that keep businesses running across the globe. Your role is critical in meeting quality, efficiency, and safety standards while contributing to our culture of continuous improvement.

• Operate, set up, and troubleshoot label manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor product quality to ensure specifications and standards are met.
• Prepare and apply adhesives, inks, and materials during production.
• Perform minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment adjustments.
• Accurately log production data in systems and maintain organized work areas.
• Support material handling, packing, and cross-functional teamwork.

• 2+ years of printing or manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, rulers, gauges).
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and safety awareness.
• High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree a plus.
