• RN license required.

• Greet and create a positive patient experience with each patient and their family.
• Conduct patient assessments including vitals and medical histories.
• Room and prepare patients for procedures while maintaining neat and clean clinical areas.
• Perform diagnostic procedures (skin testing, spirometry, etc.) and basic lab tests (CLIA waived).
• Administer diagnostic and therapeutic medications, injections, immunizations and infusions as directed by providers.
• Provide patient education, instruction and support regarding treatment plans.
• Coordinate patient referrals, lab orders, prior authorizations and pre-certifications.
• Triages nurse calls and calls in prescriptions.
• Enter, scan and update clinical documentation (EMR) ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and stock medical supply inventory and equipment.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
