• Teach all aspects of Practical Nursing curriculum
• Supervise clinical rotations
• Monitor, grade, and evaluate individual student progress
• Maintain appropriate records and submit timely reports
• Assist in recruitment and placement of students
• Must be willing to remain current in the field by participating in professional development
• Assist with the recruit of students, placement of graduates and follow-up graduates
• Show evidence of good character, organizational skills, and mature attitude
• Promote the College and LPN program in the community

• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• Current TN Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Requires three (3) years of experience in the nursing field
• Computer skills required
• Possess good verbal and written communication skills
• Must have good organization and planning skills
• Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal working relationships with students, faculty, staff, general public, and industry

• BSN preferred
• Teaching experience preferred

• Associate Degree in Nursing required
• Current TN Registered Nurse (RN) License
