- Teach all aspects of Practical Nursing curriculum
- Supervise clinical rotations
- Monitor, grade, and evaluate individual student progress
- Maintain appropriate records and submit timely reports
- Assist in recruitment and placement of students
- Must be willing to remain current in the field by participating in professional development
- Assist with the recruit of students, placement of graduates and follow-up graduates
- Show evidence of good character, organizational skills, and mature attitude
- Promote the College and LPN program in the community
Minimum Qualifications
Associate Degree in Nursing required
Current TN Registered Nurse (RN) License
Requires three (3) years of experience in the nursing field
Computer Skills RequiredPossess good verbal and written communication skills
Must have good organization and planning skills
Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal working relationships with students, faculty, staff, general public, and industry
Preferred QualificationsBSN preferred
Teaching Experience Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAssociate Degree in Nursing required
Current TN Registered Nurse (RN) License
