• Experience with the Corrective Action process (8D)
• Lead and support quality improvement projects with suppliers to reduce PPM, warranty claims, and production rejects.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis tools, such as 5 Whys, Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagrams, and other Quality Engineering methodologies.
• ISO 9001 or IAT
  16949 Audit experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading.
