We’re hiring a Parts Specialist to join our Morristown Parts and Service team
, supporting technicians, customers, and service advisors with accuracy, professionalism, and pride.

• Assist technicians and customers in locating, ordering, and purchasing parts
• Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims accurately
• Maintain detailed inventory knowledge and ensure parts availability
• Communicate clearly with advisors, techs, and vendors
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone

• Automotive parts experience (CDJR experience a plus)
• Dependable, organized, and customer-focused
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Team‑player mentality with pride in precision
